Billing and plan limits
Answers on limits, payment and plan changes.
Every vehicle added to inventory during a calendar month counts toward that month's limit. The count starts again on the first day of each month, measured in UTC.
Nothing already stored is removed. At the vehicle limit, new vehicles wait until the next month or a higher plan. At the storage limit, existing files remain available and new uploads wait until space is freed or the plan is raised.
Yes. The dealership owner changes the plan from the billing settings. The new limits apply once the payment provider confirms the change.
Plans are billed monthly by card through Polar, the payment provider. Card details are never received or stored on Carlio's servers. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Yes. The workspace opens once the service agreement is signed and the subscription is active.
The Custom plan covers more than 200 vehicles a month, or terms beyond the published plans. Its price and limits are set out in a signed order form agreed with the Carlio team.
