Questions. Loading, tracking and the buyer's view.

Which reference should be tracked?
A bill of lading, where one is available. It covers every container on the shipment and uses a single tracking place. A booking number works before the bill is issued, and a container number tracks one box.
How is a container load planned?
A container is created with its number, type and colour, or appears when a car's shipment names a new container number. Each car then takes a slot on the floor or the upper rack.
Does tracking change the car's stage automatically?
No. Carlio suggests the next stage when the carrier reports departure or arrival, and staff confirm it. A car can leave the carrier's view before the carrier reports it.
What does the buyer see?
With the shipment shared, the buyer's portal shows the route map, the stops with their dates and the container events, in the buyer's language. The internal shipping note is never shown.
