Carlio is a car exporting platform for dealerships. It keeps the purchase, the shipment, the sale and every payment on one record. PineBase, a company in the Republic of Korea, builds and operates it.

## One record in place of five tools

An export dealership buys a car in one country, ships it, clears it through customs and sells it in another. Each step produces prices, documents and conversations, and most dealerships keep them in a spreadsheet, a messaging group and a folder of receipts.

Carlio replaces those tools with one record per car, per buyer and per payment. The purchase, the shipment, the sale and every payment attach to the same car.

The margin on each car therefore comes from recorded figures rather than estimates, and the people outside the dealership see their part of the record through a private link.

## Five areas of the business

The dashboard is the dealership's own workspace. Buyers, brokers and contractors reach their part of the record through private links.

- **Inventory**: Cars, specifications, photographs, paperwork, lifecycle and shipment.
- **Sales**: Deals, customers, sales partners and commission terms.
- **Work**: Inspections, pickups, customs and calls, assignable to outside contractors.
- **Money**: One ledger of every payment in or out, in any currency.
- **Sharing**: Private links for buyers, brokers and contractors, with no account required.

## Commitments to every dealership

- **Published prices**: The Starter, Trade and Export plans appear with their prices on the pricing page. The cost of a plan is known before the first conversation.
- **Outside parties need no account**: Buyers, brokers and contractors open a private link. Each link shows only the fields intended for its reader, and a customer never sees a purchase price.
- **Claims match the product**: The marketing and security pages describe what the platform does today. A feature that is not built is not advertised.
- **A defined scope**: Carlio does not provide vehicle financing, credit applications or loan servicing. A dealership that needs them keeps a dedicated system for that work.
